All rostered baseball players must complete the following before participating in any QCBL event:

• ✅ Player Registration Form

• ✅ Signed Waiver of Liability

  • Typing Name at bottom of Waiver acts as an electronic signature acknowledging terms.

No exceptions — registration must be submitted and confirmed prior to game day.

It is the coaches responsibility to ensure all players are registered prior to game play, as this could result in disqualification and inability to participate in future QCBL events.
